Our Process
1. INITIAL CONSULTATION
We provide an initial free consultation to meet all decision makers. Our goal is to listen, learn, and answer any questions you may have. With an emphasis on understanding your needs and assisting you with your goals, we work with you to define the scope of your project.
2. BUDGET AND ESTIMATE
For conceptual plans (not fully detailed), we provide an estimate to the best of our ability by reviewing existing site conditions with the aid of our trade contractors, if necessary. We then provide you with a preliminary price range based upon the level of detail of the plans and the complexity of the project.
3. CONSTANT COMMUNICATION
We emphasize ongoing communication by making ourselves available to you in person, or by phone, email, and fax. We schedule regular meetings to discuss your project status and other topics that might arise during the construction process.
4. WE TREAT YOUR HOME WITH CARE
With every project, our approach is to protect your personal property and to contain the construction area from the rest of your home.
